30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unused and in its original condition
✔ In the original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials & flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Certain health & personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Items returned after 30 days

Refund Process

2️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gift Returns

🎁 If the item was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
• If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
